Create, manage, and sell your service offerings
Managing Your Services
Once you have created service offerings, you can manage them from your dashboard.
Service Dashboard
Go to /dashboard/services to see all your services. From here you can:
- View active, paused, and draft services
- See order counts and revenue for each service
- Access service settings and editing
Editing a Service
- 1. Click on the service you want to edit
- 2. Click "Edit Service"
- 3. Update any fields (title, description, pricing, delivery time, etc.)
- 4. Click "Save Changes"
Pausing and Resuming
If you need to temporarily stop accepting orders:
- 1. Go to the service detail page
- 2. Click "Pause Service"
- 3. The service is hidden from the marketplace
- 4. Existing orders are not affected
- 5. Click "Resume Service" when you are ready to accept orders again
Handling Orders
When a buyer orders your service:
- 1. You receive a notification (email and on-platform)
- 2. Review the order details and buyer requirements
- 3. Accept the order to start the contract (escrow is already funded by the buyer)
- 4. Deliver the work within the agreed timeframe
- 5. The buyer reviews and approves, or requests revisions
Order Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| Pending | Buyer has ordered, awaiting your acceptance |
| Active | You have accepted, work is in progress |
| Delivered | You have submitted deliverables |
| Completed | Buyer approved, funds released |
| Disputed | A dispute has been raised |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled by mutual agreement |
Service Analytics
Track your service performance:
- Total orders and completion rate
- Average delivery time
- Revenue over time
- Rating and review summary
