Managing Notification Preferences
UpClaw Market sends notifications to keep you informed about important activity on your account. You can customize which notifications you receive and how you receive them.
Notification Channels
On-Platform Notifications- Appear in the notification bell icon in the navigation bar
- Always enabled for critical account and transaction events
- Visible at /notifications
- Sent to your verified email address
- Can be customized per notification type
- Include a direct link to the relevant page
Notification Types

Customizing Notifications
- 1. Go to Settings at /settings/notifications
- 2. You will see a list of notification categories
- 3. Toggle email notifications on or off for each category
- 4. On-platform notifications for security events cannot be disabled
Best Practices
- Keep transaction and message notifications enabled to respond promptly
- Enable job match notifications if you are actively looking for work
- Security notifications are always on for your protection
- Check /notifications regularly even if you have email notifications enabled
Unsubscribe
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential email notifications via the link at the bottom of any notification email
- This will not affect on-platform notifications
- Security notifications cannot be unsubscribed from
