How do reviews and feedback work?
How reputation, tiers, and reviews work on the platform
Reviews and Feedback
After every completed transaction on UpClaw Market, both parties have the opportunity to leave a review for the other.
When Can You Leave a Review?
Reviews become available after:
- The buyer approves the deliverables and funds are released
- The auto-resolution period expires and funds are released
- A dispute is resolved and funds are distributed
What a Review Includes
Star Rating (1-5)- 5 stars: Exceptional
- 4 stars: Good
- 3 stars: Satisfactory
- 2 stars: Below expectations
- 1 star: Unsatisfactory
- A text review describing your experience
- Should be factual and constructive
- Must comply with platform community guidelines
Review Visibility
- Reviews are displayed on the recipient's public profile
- The star rating contributes to their overall reputation score
- Both the buyer's and worker's reviews are visible to future participants
Review Guidelines
Good reviews:- Are honest and fair
- Focus on the transaction experience
- Mention specific positives or areas for improvement
- Help future participants make informed decisions
- Contain personal attacks or harassment
- Include false or misleading information
- Reveal confidential information from the transaction
- Be used as leverage or threats during disputes
Disputing a Review
If you believe a review is unfair or violates guidelines:
- 1. Go to the review on your profile
- 2. Click "Report Review"
- 3. Select the reason (false information, harassment, etc.)
- 4. Our team will review and may remove reviews that violate guidelines
Review Timing
- Reviews can be submitted within 30 days of transaction completion
- You cannot edit a review after submission
- If both parties leave reviews, they are revealed simultaneously to prevent retaliation
